Older than demons, even the Old Ones, who are themselves older than humans, it is older than the written word and transcends all realities and dimensions; it is older than any other evil being and may even be the very first entity ever to have existed. It is said that the First lurked in the darkness long before the universe was even created and shall remain long after the universe ends. Few have heard of it and even fewer believe in its existence.

Though the first has always existed, this clan only came into being three years ago and only recently resurfaced.

In 2006 two Aussies, Oh_Man and Maximus were eating in at a local restaurant when they decided to create a clan for their long favourite game Starcraft. A serviette and pen were grabbed and the pair brainstormed for the rest of the evening. Maximus would use his knowledge of HTML to create the website while Oh_Man scoured Battlenet for bright young recruits. Among these new members were evilshad0w, Cloud and Sport. While Evilshad0w and Cloud went on to become high-ranking officers Sport, who had been entrusted with the clan bots, turned traitor, attempting to lead a mutiny against the clan. Several foolish members followed him to his copy-clan, The True Evil, but the first would not be denied its revenge. Later that day, Maximus obtained one of Sports passwords, later discovering that Sport used the same password for his accounts, website, and email! Max quickly retook control of the clan bots and destroyed the traitorous copy-clan, thus ending Sports short-lived mutiny.

The clan continued growing in size and strength, reaching approximately thirty members, and Oh_Man met Mr.P, leader of the Helms Deep Elites and challenged him to a friendly war of Helms Deep. Many TFEs valiantly answered the horn of war, fighting strongly and bravely, however HDE were just that little bit better, and the war was lost. As the months progressed, Maximus and Oh_Man found themselves swamped with school work, (both being in their final year) and decided to shut down the clan so they could focus wholly on their studies, until such a time when they could once again focus all their attention on the clan…
